1996 Ford Taurus Tensioner pulley adjustment

1996 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Okay so I am replacing the Idler pulley and I can not get the belt back onto the pulley system. I can not find the bolt to loosen the tensioner pulley so I can get the belt back on.
