My 1996 Taurus Sho was running. Starter went out. Car shut off wouldn't start. put new starter in now every one says motor locked up.Because they tried to turn motor over with ratchet on pully. Flex pipe is bad & sounded like motor was knocking. Car is full of oil. How could a valve have dropped or broke
