The brake pedal has recently gone low to actuate the brakes. It does not start high & sink like a bad maste cylinder would and it almost feels like stopping without power brakes. The brake fluid was replaced & brakes were bled several months ago after replacing the pads by vacuum bleeding at each cylinder until new, clear fluid with no air was visible in the bleeder hose. Bad master cylinder or power booster? There is a bit of side pull when appling the brakes now.

Turns out it was a very simple solution... Power bleed the brakes. It was just odd that it came on very suddenly, within a week from a high firm pedal to a low soft pedal.
