Engine Cooling problem
1995 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My gf has a 95 Taurus, 3.0L V6, that has suddenly developed the problem of the electric cooling fan for the radiator not shutting off. I replaced the relay, since it was cheap and easily accessible, but that didn't fix the problem. Hoping someone has had the same problem & help me find the cause. Thanks!

There is a fan relay in the constant control relay module (CCRM). I don't know if it's the relay you said you replaced.
The CCRM is the black box right by the battery.
It is possible that by taping on that box a little bit (not banging on it like a crazy person), you can actually 'unstuck' the relay, and the fan will stop running; but it's not the only relay in there so I don't know if you're willing to take the risk to damage another relay. So you may have to replace the CCRM.

Now you could also have a defective temperature sending unit, or a bad pcm.

More likely though, it's the relay inside the CCRM.
