i put fluid in this car the day i got it along with gass. i had little to no brakeing power. in the 2 miles to get it home from the gass station i was out of brake fluid and had no brakes again. i checked under it to see if any of the lines were leaking. there was a line coming down to a t that 2 other lines came into from each side. when i touched one of the lines at the t it fell right off the t. i put it back on with ease and am thinking thats were my leak is.
my question is if i put 3 o-ring clamps on those 3 hoses do you think it would fix my problem for 1-3 weeks till i can afford the new lines. or if it would be well enough to not have to change them at all. it looks like the old metal hose clips rusted off. i can still see indents in the hose were they used to be.
