What is the voltage suppose to be at terminal #47 of the eec. It goes to the throttle position sensor.

Voltage at that pin will vary based on the throttle opening. It should be from about .75 to 1.0 volts at closed throttle, and will rise to 5.0 volts at wide open throttle.
