Mystery....

Placing the turn signal in the right turn position works properly unless the headlights are turned on. Then the wipers and washers come on. The washers will keep spraying and the wipers will keep moving until either the headlights are turned off or the turn signal switch is turned off.

This happens whenever both the right turn signal and headlights are on at the same time. Doesn't matter which one is turned on first.

The left turn signal operates as it should..

Sounds like either a problem with the combination switch on the column or the wiring in the column is shorting..HAve seen both problems, need to inspect eh wiring to be sur eit isnt broken/damaged where it goes downt the column, if ok, it is most likely the combo switch

Jack...

Turned out to be a plug that I found unplugged under the hood. The problems started when I plugged them back together. I'm not sure what it went to but, the problem(s) went away when I unplugged it again.

It's a small grey plug (2 part) that sits behind the right headlight in the area of the horns. I don't know what it operates. Everything else seems to be working fine with it unlugged.
