ford startup problems

sometimes it fires, so i changed coil,pickup coil, ECM has power coming off it. checked and cleaned EGR.
problem did not go away. when it does fire it runs good for a few seconds then starts running rough. (Help)

I am assuming that you have no spark. check items in picture both should have at least 90% of battery voltage. if none at module then it may be a bad ignition switch. see pictures module may be bad. also, never disconnect cylinders number one or eight while testing or running.
