I removed the 2 hornes to install a overflow tank, I only had room to install 1 horn back. It does not work, do both hornes need to installed to work?

I don't have a wiring diagram on that. Maybe you blew a fuse, somewhere. How many wires at the horn connector? If only one, should be voltage, all I could do is backtrack the circuit, without a diagram.
