coolant under glove box

hello,
I drive a 1983 ford ranger, and have developed a small pool of coolant on my passenger side floor mat. There are no leaks directly under the hood, the drips are coming from behind my glove box. Any suggestions??

Your heater core is leaking, or the hoses attaching it are bad. They are a pain to get to, but you should be able to change it with no problem.
