2002 ford ranger tail light lens replacement

How do I take off the tail light lens without destroying the lens. I took out the screws but it seems the lens is attacted some where else that I can't find

2 screws on the outside lens. Open up the tailgate and you'll see 2 more mounting screws. Please go over this video which is the full size truck but the process is the same
