When parked more than a few hours with vehicle in gear and parking brake disengaged you release slowly the clutch, the vehicle acts as if parking brake is on. If you force the throttle some it will break free and then move. First did this last winter, thought brake, parking was frozen to liner. Did it again this morning after release of parking brake. Then later to come from work, on flat ground with parking brake not set on. Had to engage 4x4 to break free. Loud audible noise as if parking brake was on, but was not engaged. Does not bind or act different when switching gears or driving, just on start from neutral to first, release clutch slowly acts as if brake is engaged. Please help.

Have you checked brake cables to see if any are rusted? Are all the brake springs / components on the rear good?
