2000 Ford Ranger Clutch Noise

When I engage and disengage my clutch it is making noise I think is the throw out bearing it doesn't miss going in gear but once I shift or disengage the clutch the noise stops, cannot hear it when I get on the road it is when I am backing up or leaving from a full stop.

Chances are it is the throw out bearing if you only hear it when the clutch is depressed.
