1999 Ford Ranger wiper on when evevr key is on

1999 Ford Ranger 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replaced the switch, motor, and relay. Checked all wires that I can access without major disasembly.
is there anything else that can cause this problem?
1999 ford ranger with intermittent wipers.

Call the dealer and ask if there are any open recalls on your truck.

The recall is 00B40 and
the TSB is 00-9-6.

This should apply since it is saftey related.
