1999 Ford Ranger dash lights and tail lights stay on?

1999 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

The tail lights,dash lights and front marker lights will stay on after the headlight switch has been turned off and the entire truck has been turned off.I already replaced the headlight switch but it still does it?The headlights turn on and off just fine.Any thoughts on why it would do this?

Check the park lamp relay in under dash relay box, right side of steering. It the relay is bad and sticks in the on position, the lights would stay on. Try swapping it out.
