My oil gauge on my 1999 ford ranger flickers when i am driving down the road. it tends not to do it as much when on the highway. Mostly when driving around town. Is it the oil pressure unit? is there a sensor i could change to try to fix this problem? I dont need another oil change for another 1,000 miles. any ideas on stuff i could do to try to fix it with out brining it to a dealer?
