Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I have a 1998 ford ranger. today i noticed that something was pouring from underneath when I stopped and turned off the truck. The fluid was radiator coolant and when I popped the hood, it was all over everything on the passenger side and it was leaking mostly from right above the passenger tire where the reservoir is located. I checked the hoses and they weren't leaking but they are collapsed! I still can't find the leak and the coolant reservoir is full. its seems to have exploded from the reservoir but I can't tell. Also, the coolant is orange and thick, is that normal? other than replacing the collapsed hoses, what else should i look for or do?
