With the temperature dial set all the way to the left on cold setting, I set the control knob to the first click left (dash vents) turn blower on and I get warm air out of vents. All settings the same except now I set control knob one more click to left (A/C setting) and I still get warm air out of vents. All settings the same except now I set control knob one more click to left (max A/C) and now I get cold air but out of floor vents as well as dash vents. What's the deal? Someone told me it could be the actuator that controls the vent doors or possible the dash control unit that hosts the temp setting selector setting and the blower setting could also be bad. How to diagnose correctly???? Appreciate your thoughts.....Steve

Thank you for the reply. I have replaced the system control switch board comprising the blower motor switch, temp setting switch, and the function control switch. Therre was no change to my problem. Where do I go from here to resolve my problem?
