1998 Ford Ranger bucking at hi speeds

Just recently I hear what seems to be an exhaust leak and then when the car is cruzing it starts to jerk especialy up hill and it doesn't matter what speed I'm going.
I put a scanner on and the scanner was saying the egr valve was restricted. Should this be replaced or can I remove it and try and cleaning it? It seems to run on vaccume and I don't see any relays connected to it. I replaced the egr valve and exhaust and got no changes.

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires

Thank you. I replace the wires and plugs last July. This problem only occures at 70 miles and hour and above. If I keep it under 70 I don't get any of these symptons. But I will look into your sugguestions. Thank you, Tony.
