Interior problem
1997 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150K miles
I'm trying to take out the driver side seat belt but I'm finding it difficult to take the buckle off. The shoulder strap also seems to be welded to the floor of the truck and the existing strap doesn't seem to be able to be replaced unless I cut off the seat belt.
