1996 Ford Ranger EGR valve tube replacement

I purchased my 1996 Ford Ranger with the EGR valve tubes cut and crimped shut. I found replacement tubes at the salvage yard and now I want to install them. I have been spraying PB Blaster on all the nuts and fittings for about 2 months. I successfully removed the nut that holds the EGR upper tube and the dipstick tube to the engine, but I can't seen to move the dipstick out of the way. It moves, but won't come out of the engine. I need to move it or remove it so I can get to the nut that actually holds the EGR upper tube in place. do you have to get to the nut? or can you get to it you just need more force to loosen it, you should be able to get to it without removing or moving it, try differnt tools and differnt locations.

if you need more force, i dont think you should be applying anymore because then you will have to end up snapping it off then youll be drilling and tapping a new bolt for it. and you will have to remove just a little bit more then the dipstick.

can you get a better picture of the bolt, maybe circle it?
