1995 Ford Ranger Pussating brake pedal

When I apply pressure to the brake pedal I feel a pulsating vibration in my foot, similar to the anti lock pulse. I have not had this problem before. The vibration is similar to what is felt when a rotor is warped only this is a pulsating thing. Thank you, in advance.
