That can be a very difficult job mainly because the bleeder is at the bottom and the air wants to rise all the time. The best way is using a pressure bleeder. If you have to bleed it manually, have lots of fluid ready and bleed it just like brakes. Have someone push the clutch to the floor and hold it there, you open and close the bleeder. Just keep repeating this but don't be surprised if you have a problem. I have also been able to bleed some by just repeatedly pumping the clutch pedal over and over again and it will bleed some air back through the master.
