My 1994 Ford Ranger won't make any noise when I depress the horn. I checked the fuses and they are fine, so my question is how do I know which part of the horn to replace...the steering wheel part or the actual horn?

you need to apply a 12v power wire from battery to the horn. it should sound with the power wire hooked straight to it. you may want to check the horn relay first though, most likely that is the problem.
