1994 Ford Ranger Blue Smoke from exhaust

I am wondering why my trucks exhaust is blue and smoky? I recently had a valve job and new cylinder heads done on it. Could there be something that was overlooked or not put back together right?

Could be misdiagnose instead of the valves being the problem-its actually being caused by the rings/cylinder wear.
