Right turn signal works fine, but when using left turn signal, rear lamp goes on and stays on without flashing, front lamp doesn't turn on. Could this be as simple as new bulb for front lamp or does it sound like turn signal flasher failing? If turn signal flasher is failing, how do I replace that?
