1991 Ford Ranger no oil pressure

the other day i lost oil pressure but as i drove faster the engine stop ticking and the guage said i had pressure again so i replaced the oil pump but now i cant get any pressure and its ticking no matter how fast i go wat do i need to replace to fix this is it the rear main oil seal

Check the engine bearings

i thought when you lost a engine bearing the engine locked up

the gauge says i got no pressure and i can hear the valves clicking

Depends on the situation. Best way to know what's happening inside use a mechanical gauge and check the oi pressure if normal repace the oil pressure switch abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearings
