Please Answer Ford Probe

I have A Ford Probe 2.5 V6 Recently i Was Driving And I Lost Alot Of My Power And When I Would Press The Gas It Sounded Like A Vacume Leak
Which Is What everybody else thought
but one day it just started running fine then it quit
now it's back to normal
and i have no clue cept possibly the o2 sensor is all i can think of

Not 02 sensors if it returned to normal, secondly If I don't know the year and engine size I am as lost as you!

It's 1993 And A 2.5 V6 DOHC
And That's Not The Worst Of MY Problems
It's A Manual And It Tachs At 6 And Redline Is At 7
???
