I noticed my 1989 Ford Probe is leaking some oil and sometimes the check engine light comes on and I smell a little burning?

Hi there,
You best get a fault code read done, a code will have been set in the Memcal and it can be retrieved. As for the oil leak wash down and inspect after a good drive, if you can smell burning, it may be leaking into the exhaust.
