1994 Ford Probe car will not start

hi i am an ownto a 94 probe. i have had a few issues with the car before but got them fixed..recently now the car will not start at all. i turn the key and all i get is the tick sound and no attempt of the engine turning over.i can't get it to start and the odd time i do get to start it runs like its a cylinder down..what could be my problem?

Do you see all the lights that normally comes On when key is at On position if so start checking the starter, starter relay, transmission range switch, and ignition switch

when i turn the key i have the check engine light and fuel cut off light both come on. i dont think the fuel cut off should be on and the other regular lights work fine.

How's the battery if not sure do a load test on it and make sure its cleaned and tightened properly. New battery find the starter while holding key at cranking position bang on the starter and see what happens- Best I could do with the Pic needs refining

YEA I HAVE DONE A LOAD TEST AND THE BATTERY IS FINE. BUT I WILL TRY TAPPING THE STARTER AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS
