1993 Ford Probe Clutch Grinds

The car starts and runs fine. But it will not go into gear. Whenever i try to put it into gear even reverse it starts grinding. What would be causing this? PLEASE HeLP

strt by checking the fluid in the hydrolic clutch and make sure it is full. Then check the clutch slave cylinder.
