Engine shut off while driving

I get no spark at plugs, or ignition coil (while connected to car). Coil has been replaced, as has the magnetic pick-up coil. still no spark at plugs?

Hello,

This could be due to a faulty crankshaft position sensor.
A crank sensor monitors the engine rotation and sends that data to the ECM. Malfunctioning sensor can send error data, which can trigger the engine to shut down. It can also trigger no spark to the plugs.
The crank sensor for this vehicle is located inside the distributor (see diagram below).
