1990 Ford Probe clutch is loses and hard to put in gear

Ok this is my only was to travel and I'm a MP who live 50 miles from base, out of nowhere today my clutch got stuck in the down postion and now it takes all my stregth to put it in gear, I can only go a few blocks I need a quick fix work in 12 hours
