I own an 94 topaz with about 200,000kms on it. It is in really good condition execpt reciently, i have noticed that when i turn the heat off completly by turning the dial all the way down and pressing the off button , a few seconds later i hear a small " hiss...... pop"" on the passenger side under the dash where the black square thing is located. it sounds like a small hissingg sound that dies out and about 3 seconds later it does a small " pop.\
I am scared to turn the heat off or on now, i have no idea what is going on with it. or what it even is. I would like to get it fixed before it leads to a bigger problem. I just want to take it to the machanic, but need some idea of what im talking about. any suggestions would be helpful.
