I have a 1973 ford courier that i have had since last summer i have been working on it for some time now and i just cant seem to get the timing set right with the timing chain, i have the shop manual for it and for some reason when i set the timing to what the book tells me, the timing seems to be 180 degrees out and also has no compression i have been messing with it again and again setting the camshaft at diffrent locations and keeping the crankshaft with the first piston at TDC but i can never seem ti get the valves to open at the correct time, i know that it is not the distributor because i always have it set to where the rotor is on the #1 plug wire so if anyone can help me i would realy apreciate it.
