Thats an easy one. Goto autozone or advanced buy a radiator flush kit. Follow directions on box. If you cant afford one there is another way thats free. Drain your radiator completly leaving the cap and drain open. Take the water hose stick it in the opening at the top of the radiator. Turn water on and let run through the radiator for 15 mins. Replace cap and drain and fill w/water and coolant. Not as good as a flush kit but can do the job on a budget
