The fuel gage was not working, reading full. Traced it down to the recall jumper harness to fuel pump. I took it out and now the fuel guage works, but the battery dash light came on about 10 mins later. What does this harness do, should i fix,or replace it? Is it necessary? Do you think it wold be related to the dash battery light coming on? The battery tested out good, and the alt seems to be working. Pls help
