hope someone will be able to help me out on this one,as i am very limited on car repair knowledge.my question is i have purchased a 1982 lincoln mark vi off of a guy and he has replaced the fuel tank with another one,and he is saying that since he has done this that the fuel gauge [gas] is reading opposite,by this i mean when the gauge is showing empty it is actually full and vice versa how can i repair this/ thanks to anyone who can help me
