the air conditioning pump is going south in it do I need to replace it is it possible to eliminate it all together and just run a smaller belt for the engine? henceforth removing the pump altogether before it ruins the car ( it is actually the bearings in the pump pully that are screaming and I can't afford to buy a new pump!)
