Engine Performance problem

HI, my trouble is as follow: In cold time my engine is dificult start.. later 3 times start. and when start the engine make so much black/grey smoke, yesterday I to clean all the inyector, the fuel pump is new. My car is a Ford Laser 1.8 cc 16v. 1999. I live in Venezuela. please do you can help me?
