the seal on your back door are leaking or missing so go to a parts store and buy the seal strip for your back passanger door and install it and your problem will be solved

After a heavy rain I have a puddle of water on the back floor passenger side. What is causing this problem and how do I correct it.

I have the same problem with my 98 Executive. I have tried cleaning all of the channels and it hasn't stopped yet. If you find a solution please let me know. :?:
