Van w/351 engine. Engine started running rough, surging and stalling beginning at 25mph. At full throttle it runs great. Have had 2 mechanics work on it, including a Ford dealership. Replaced, plugs, wires, dist. cap, entire distributor when Ford suggested it might be a Stator in distributor. Condition continues. I have spent hundreds and need advice. Someone suggested replacing the coil.
