1978 Other Ford Models pitman arm

First, I cannot locate a pitman arm for this 1978 granada. Interesting that the granada was not listed in the model section above, I know it was not very popular. Second, there seems to be a ball joint or bushing where the pitman arm connects to the steering linkage. Could that ball joint or bushing be replaced or does the entire arm need to be repalced?
