1970 Other Ford Models Valve Stem Seals Replacement

I have a 1970 Ford Torino with a straigh six in it and I don't know how to replace the valve stem seals in it Please can you give me instructions on how to do so. I would appreciate any help in the matter thank you.

you need to have an air compressor and a few tools to do it on the car. Otherwise you need to pull the head off.....
