1960 Other Ford Models how big of transmssion jack to use?

I need to removed the transmssion out of my car but I not sure on how big of a trans jack too use I see a small trans jack my friends has that can lift up tp 450lbs but with the age of my car I am curious if that can handle my transmission? IF not how big of a trans jack do I need?
