window height adjustment

1996 Convertible Mustang. The passenger window slightly exceeds the matching height of the rear window and gets caught on the rubber seal, thus leaving a 3/8 inch gap. I have yet to remove the panel. Want to be sure there is an adjustment for this issue. Thank You, Mark
