2001 Mustang (Automatic), Mileage: about 65,000
This morning I drove through water and didn't realize how high it was because it was so dark. The water came up to the bottom of the car (maybe halfway up the wheel). It won't turn on and the check engine light and battery light are both on. I got it towed to my house and took my mother's car to work. The tow driver told me to let the car dry out for a day and see if it starts. There was some water that came into the car (maybe an inch on the floor of the back seats). How should I proceed?
