oil pump housing leak Mustang 1998 GT

98 Mustang GT 4.6 V8 oil pump leak. It appears oil is coming out the pin hole in the bottom of housing were oil filter is connected. Should I plug the hole? Or how should I repair the leak.

The answer is simple anything worth doing is worth doing right fix the root prob :D
