i HAVE A 99 FORD MUSTANG AND THE BATTERY INDICATOR LIGHT IS ON, WHAT COULD THIS MEAN?

the light shows if the system is charging. check the belts. If you live near a auto parts store or garage they can check the output of the altinator.
