2004 Ford Mustang Service light

Service light came on yesterday, checked a few things and the car seems to be running fine. Can it be reset. Does it track mileage for service(oil change, etc..). I do the oil changes and have put 12,000 miles on the car since I purchansed it. The light has never come on before. I donated recently for a different isssue.

Hi Rod,

Take it by your local auto zone and have them pull codes for you. It could be an emissions problem. It could be your gas cap , a vacuum leak, or vacuum selenoid.
